By using our online car selling platform ("MOTORSVIVA"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

2. Buying and Selling

2.1. Transaction Agreement: Users engaging in buying or selling activities through the Platform agree to enter into binding contracts. MOTORSVIVA is not liable for any transactions done outside our offices even in-cases where a car or motor vehicle has been listed on our platform.

2.2. Fees: We may charge fees for certain services provided on the Platform. Users will be notified of applicable fees before using such services.

4.1. Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

4.2. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold the Platform owner harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
